Recovering from a tennis injury, in June of 2010 I went outdoors for the 1st time, helped by a continuing education course from the Kansas City Art Institute led by Anne Garney.

There is something about getting out and creating while being part of the land, nothing that can be replicated in a studio environment  but then who would want to. Studios are different, and they should be, I believe an artist should be well versed in all.
